MORE ABOUT ME
I hold an MBBS degree with close to two(2) years post housemanship experience in private clinical practice, currently serving as head of clinical services under my Medical Director and Chief Executive.
I am a gentle, easy going(but could be outspoken), insightful, and astute deep thinker and goal getter who thinks “outside the box” for impact making around me.
My interest centres around creating a career niche in healthcare management services with respect to design, planning, building of healthcare facilities, with equipping, staffing and maintenance of same. Publishing of medical articles and writing/production of medical movies for developing countries are also of key interest.
Making friends, counselling of patients, reading.
JLI was introduced to me by a senior colleague who is a consultant plastic surgeon(he currently runs the Professional Diploma in Medical Journalism) during a discussion in which I told him about my career interest in healthcare management as against residency. I also find out that the fee is affordable.
It’s educative and interactive enough.
A consultancy career in Healthcare management with focus on design, planning, building, equipping, staffing and maintenance of healthcare facilities, ranging from tertiary, secondary and primary care centres to diagnostic centres, pharmacy stores etc.
Critical thinking/thinking outside the box, enduring ability to work under stress and coordinating of activities in a low resource setting to achieve optimal results.
Very voluminous to be tagged an APGDHHM programme. It’s rather worth an MBA degree in HHM.
